A distinguished Member, Royal Institute of Training & Development, U.K. ,he has to his credit a hard cover book each on HRD for Staff and Evaluation of HRD.

Dr.Manvinder Singh Pahwa, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, is an eminent academician with a rich experience of 21 years which is a rare blend of academia, industry, corporate consultancy and research.His area of expertise is Entrepreneurship, Business Finance and Corporate Laws.

Besides his graduation, post-graduation and PhD in Commerce, he is professionally qualified as a Company Secretary. He has also bagged Gold Medal in LL.M.M.B.A and top merit position in LL.B, PGDHR and PGDIB in the University

Maj Gen Jagdip Singh Lotay

Maj Gen Jagdip Singh Lotay is a first generation Army Officer who retired after putting in 36+ years of distinguished service. A highly professional and self motivated officer from a very humble rural background, he served throughout the length and breadth of the country in various capacities in different ranks and positions at Divisional, Corps and Army Headquarters levels. He commanded an independent Heavy Mortar Artillery Battery with distinction during Operations in Kargil. Having retired from his last assignment as Addl DGQA-cum-Controller in the General Stores discipline of DGQA in the rank of Maj Gen he has been part of a number of trials of Weapons, Ammunition and General Stores. As Team Leader, he has also carried out Pre-Dispatch Inspection for procurement of Ammunition for the Indian Army from Israel and Bulgaria

Over the years he has successfully executed trade shows nationally on subjects like Agriculture, Travel & Tourism, Urban Development and Smart Cities, Health & Wellness, etc besides conducting Knowledge Summits on various subjects leading to policy papers.

He has demonstrated the ability to deliver multi-million euro projects to time, cost and scope across the entire project lifecycle specifically in highly complex telco & IT systems. His international experience has been proven, having worked and delivering projects across various countries using multicultural teams. He possesses a unique mixture of business savvy, technical vision and resource leadership, allowing for a distinctive contribution to any customer-centric organisation. With both Engineering and MBA degrees, he approaches a challenge with both an analytical mind-set and as an application of management & leadership components, which is essential for the growth, continuity & evolution. He has a strong interest in maintaining his edge by keeping abreast with global technological developments in both telco and IT through extensive reading and peer relationships.

Taman Deep Singh Bindra is a professional Web Designer & Developer with more than 15 years of experience in Website Designing & Development.

During this creative journey he has worked with some of the most prestigious institutions and elite individuals to create a very strong web presence for them.

His work centres on the principle that “Websites are Virtual offices” and has the power to represent individual and work that he/she does. He believes that websites are the mirror of the narratives of the value that an individual is creating through his/her work.

His exemplary work with media houses like Zee Punjabi, Zee ETC Punjabi, Zee Jagran, Zee Salaam, Channel Siti and India media group speaks volumes of his creativity.

He has also designed websites for famous astrologer Sundeep Kocher and a very famous reality show SaReGaMaPa Punjabi which was aired on Zee Punjabi

He has also worked in different capacities on respectable position in ZEE NETWORK and has had his stint in Sales, Marketing, Travel and FMCG.
